It is not easy to weave a palmetto tree, especially this small and at this sett. This is a memory of the sunsets over the river at St. Simon’s Island, Georgia, where I went to a tapestry retreat in May.

Now it’s time to consider what I will weave for June’s entry.

This is magnificent. So many different parts, I get a real feel of your trip. Thx for sharing.

Thanks! It’s really the trip of my life since January 1. I used to weave something every day or 2-3 days until the end of March when I became really unhappy with it. I decided to change my format to a monthly entry beginning with April. Now I pick a subject from the previous month to weave for each month.
