The gutting of the bathroom has mostly been accomplished. The hole in the floor is where the clawfoot bathtub was. The tub was moved to the kitchen. The date on the bottom of it is 1921.

This year I spent Thanksgiving weaving on my tapestry at home and Sandy and I ate dinner with the Martin/Baker family, a bunch of hooligans beyond compare, just my kind of people. Great cooks too. Here is what was on Susanne’s loom.

I walk by a day care center on my way to work. Nearly every day at 5:00 some munchkins burst out of the gate and head for this little “room” under these cedars. At that age I would have wanted to live there.
