slowly she turned

This is the little valentine sachet I wove and stitched for my mother yesterday and today. Now it smells heavily of lavender in here, too much. I am surprised the scent is so strong because it came from a bunch of lavender I got 2.5 years ago from Matthews Farm Museum.

I know I’ve missed Valentine’s Day. I don’t do holidays or birthdays well, especially this one. There are some bad memories associated with it. She didn’t remember it either so it’s okay. I’ll send it to her on Monday.
